We are a U.S. Masters Swimming workout group.  Our members are part of a fun loving team and welcome everyone from beginning lap swimmers to very competitve ones.  There is space in a lane for everyone!  Look at our photos and you can see our team has a lot of fun doing more than just swimming.

Washington Senior Games
If you are 50+ in age and want a fun swim meet then this is the meet for you.  The events range from 25's all the way up to the 500yd Free and 400 IM.  There are relays and medals.  The meet is held at the Briggs YMCA in Lacey.  The above link will take you to the games front page where you will find the entry form and all other information needed.


COMA Long Course Meet
We have come across a meet in Bend Oregon on June 10th with a open water event swam in the same long course pool but with bouys and no lane lines on June 11th.  This is also a pentathalon event with many different options.  Check it out with the above link.  We already have a few people signed up and it should be fun and something new.


PNA Long Course Meet
July 1st PNA will be hosting a long course meet at King Countyn Aquatic Center (KCAC).  




USMS Spring Nationals Qualifying Times
